It seems that there has been difficulty printing out targets for the Postal Shoot. The link for the target downloads a PDF file which is easily printed with a right button click on the mouse. For those of us that are not as computer savvy as the average 12 year old and get all glassy eyed using and/or downloading Adobe, here is a link to a free and simple to use PDF writer. It is called Cute PDF Writer and it is as simple as can be. Add it as one of your printers and it converts any file at all to a PDF which can then be saved in your documents.
