Title: New holster for 1862 police pocket colt
Post by: West Texan on May 30, 2017, 03:35:25 AM
Just finished this holster for the 1862 police pocket colt (Uberti for one of the smallest colt revolvers. It's for the 1862 police pocket. It's a 5 shot .36 cal it's about 1/3 weight of the Dragoons. It was the last gun Sam Colt designed and manufactured before he died. The holster has a serpent pattern. It didn't start out that way. But I. Punched the the circles where the eyes on the curve would be, suddenly I has serpents. It's a five shooter so I thought of David as a shepherd with his sling and five smooth stones against Goliath the Philistine warrier. To late for a design of the shepherd and his sling.
