Title: Shooting bag plans
Post by: Oldnamvet on October 22, 2008
Any general sewing plans for a canvas shooting bag?  My wife will make me one but needs some drawing/dimensions to work from.  Just telling her a bag about this size (waving arms) doesn't make it for her.

Just draw a little sketch for her . A good size would be 10" wide x 24" long hunk of canvas. Fold in thirds legthways then adjust so top flap only comes 2/3 way down on the overlap.Stitch it up and turn it inside out . Use what you like for strap, more of the canvas or leather.
