Title: My Southern Barn Gun
Post by: Greybear Jr. on December 21, 2013, 02:42:19 PM
Only 6 pds and drives tacks to 100  yards.  Purchased from Roy Stroh and made by  his Dad, Tom, it has a Rice barrel, L&R lock and the rest was made by Tom.  You don't get the full beauty of this gun until you get it in the sun.  Acid etched barrel and a stock finished in hues of black and dark brown to give it the look and feel of an old family heirloom.  Gorgeous!!

Thanks all....She is a .50 cal rifled bore with 1 in 62" twist.  Shoots round balls and power belts with equal accuracy.
