Title: antler flask

just turned this piece out ! elk antler , cherry wood and a bit of brass , wont hold a lot of powder but then it`s for a box set I`m putting together for a friend ! should hold enough for six shots  would much rather work with horn any day of the week  ROFL

That must be smaller than it looks. I make them also, out of elk and white tail antler, and I an get almost 1/3 pound of powder into a bag sized flask. Did you hollow it out completely, both legs and the shaft?

I wear a medium glove ! so it`s not all that large , the whole thing from the tip of the brass spout and plug to the larger tip on the bottom is about seven inches  ! it`s elk  just not a real big elk ! lol

it`s not bad for a first attempt at one , buy I`ll be the first one to admit ,it could have turned out a lot better ! gotta get my paws on some better tools !
