Title: Bags, I got bags
Post by: hotfxr on June 22, 2013, 02:50:43 AM
Been experimenting by making a couple of shooting bags. Here is the gang so far. The one on the right is the first one I made. It is a little larger than feels right, but it might come in handy on an extended outing. It has been seen here before. The reddish bag is the one I have been spending a lot of time on and is my favorite of the bunch. It seems to be the perfect size and feels good on my hip. I tried several different construction methods on this one as you can see. I still have some tweaking to do on it, but it is mostly done. Should look good while shooting Redhawk! The two smaller ones on the left were bought. The top one is a purse or handbag that I got at a thrift store, tore it all apart and made a new flap for it and lined ti with some canvas from an old pair of painters pants. The lower one, well I bought that one from TOW. It was on sale with a bunch of other stuff I was going to get anyway, so I got it. I wanted to see what a store bought bag looked like anyway.
