Title: Smithing at the Great Southwestern Rendezvouse (BSA)
Post by: Red Badger on April 27, 2013
While attending the GSWR I happened to be camped next to my old friend Fred Voss, also a member of the SouthFork Craftsmen blacksmith association I belong to, and it appeared he needed an extra hand a time or two during the event to deal with kids and their questions... So while helping him I also got to beat on some steel....

My Old Friend Fred - No his hand is not on fire....

Me beating hot steel .... Don't do this at home!  Period hunting shirts are not Aprons!

Branding those HC plastic mugs, eh?  thmbsup  It's always worth the time when you involve today's youth in a learning activity, you did your good deed for the day.
