Title: Burlap or Jutte Horn strap
Post by: CampbellClan on April 15, 2013
Just wondering how hard it's going to be to make a powder horn strap out of Burlap or Jutte. I baught some from Wally-World with idea of doing this. My plans are to cut a strip of 6 inches wide and fold it over and sew a seam on each side, then add leather ends to connect to the horn? What say you all?

Fold it once, sew it up. Then move it so the seam runs up the middle, (lengthwise) & iron it flat. Half the work, same way you do a center seam knife sheath...
