Track is out of these http://www.trackofthewolf.com/categories/partdetail.aspx/81/1/spout-kit-b but I am trying to find someone that has one that they aren't using. The valve would allow someone with weak fingers due to a neuromuscular disorder to grasp his horn and pour powder into a measure.

Even then,all the part's were in stock,a call to 'em and the would set you up. GREAT outfit to deal with! NEVER any problem's! Love dealing with them! my first stop when anything is needed.
