Title: Graf & Sons branded Powder
Post by: tacklebury on November 07, 2012, 02:12:29 AM
Just thought I'd post this as I hadn't heard of it until recently.  Got 3 pounds of it and I'm very happy with it after the first couple outings.  I've tested it in a couple firearms and gotten as good of results as with Goex.  On sale now at $11.99 a pound for 3f which is mainly what I use.  Seems to be a little cleaner than Goex and equal power.  ;)

I recently got some of the reenactor grade powder from Graf and Son. It shoots good in my TC and in investarm Hawken.

Been shooting Graf & Sons for a couple years. I like it at least as much as Goex. My loads are the the same and it IS abit easier to clean up.

This thread is a year old.  I guess it ain't on sale no more.  It's only $1 cheaper than Goex now.

I about jumped outta my pants when I saw that price of $12/pound.  Clicked the link and thought, "what the heck?"  Then I went and looked at the original post and saw it's from November 2012.  hdslp

Tiss true...but if on their E-mail list they usually offer a no hazmat fee shipping at least once a year...makes it a lot cheaper if you have to have it shipped to you....
