Title: Looking for supplies for a .54
Post by: Scout on September 21, 2012, 02:01:19 PM
I am looking for .526 cal. round ball.
Also, .54  wiping stick/cleaning rod with the brass "tip" pinned in place and brass accessories  like ball puller etc.
The lead ball is the most important. I can probably find the other things by buying from more than one dealer but would like to kind of keep it all together.
Any recommendations from your experience will be gratefully received.

Missouri Bullet www.missouribullet .com lists theirs as .528 if that is close enough. Otherwise I can't help since I usually need an oversize ball rather than an undersized one.

Track of the wolf has .526 RB in stock for I believe $8.95 for fifty.  They are very good to deal with, (FIRST RATE). The thing I like most about them is they list on line if it is instock and do not let you pay for the item, then tell you after the fact like some companies do.

Thank you for the replies that have been posted here.
I have purchased the needed rb from Flintlocks Inc. out of Indiana.
Thanks to all who took time to help me.
