I hope you enjoy this one. Like the coon I've never done a bear so this should be interesting.

I truly enjoy your paintings. You make each of the animals you paint look like you are looking out a window at a live animal.

Thanks very much Hawken and Oldsalt. They are a labor of love.

I'm having problems in my shop because around 2 PM all I want to do is head home to paint. Then I in the studio till 10-11 at night.

Wife is off dealing with my parents till Sunday so I get a lot of time to paint this weekend.

Thanks everyone for sharing your thoughts.
I am just about done here. Made a big change. The stump was giving me a problem so I leafed it out. Now for a few more leaves and This is done.

Yesterday I received a email from a curator of the gaithersburgs art association after I sent her some pictures , the bear will be in this one. The curators reply::

Got them- they look great!

I will be back to you within the next few weeks to let you know where and when you will be exhibiting!
