In terms of feedback: I have a couple things that would be similar but hold 2 loads, so someone might like them.
The downside is that they look rather long and bulky and would not pour very well.
To answer your question are they sellable. I would say that almost any thing is sellable, depending on price and the customer at the time.
As has been stated before they do look a little bulky, also to carry more than one at a time is going to present the problem of keeping track of used and unused ones. You will need a separate pouch for them of at least one with two pockets, or hang them from your belt or possible bag, which creates its own set of problems.
I am not trying to discourage you form trying to make things either for your self or for sale. This just the way I see this particular item, and I am just one man with an opinion. Opinions are like noses every body has one.
They are a novel idea but as already mentioned, bulky. Might be best served using more of a push thru design. Beveled ends on one end with a removeable plug (much shorter) to make it easier to pour the powder. Powder and then the patched ball on the opposite end. It would shorten it considerably.
Like the idea...but would incorporate pour spout in one corner and may have to lengthen turned down section of plug to seal below pour spout...could easily cut to length for other loads..say 60-80 gr. loads....
