Can anyone tell me what lock this is, who makes it and/or where I can get one.

I can't see the larger picture as clearly as I'd like, but it looks like an L&R Manton/Bailes lock with the tail rounded off. Any of the distributors of parts for building these guns will carry that model, and you might be able to contact L&R directly.
