trains are cheap and you can still catch a greyhound to the smaller places that will enable you to packout to the foot hills. life is short so grab little handfuls often. just remember the foot hills are higher than you have been so take it easy the first few days. air is thin at 10,000 ft.

The pictures are good ones. Makes me wish for another elk season standing up on mountains like that and looking around at God's creation before heading back to camp or back out on the hunt.
Traipsing around on those 10,000++ foot mountains is a lot of work but I plan on doing it quite a few more years before I am done.
