Fellers i need a little prayer.Got 2 bulging disc in my upper back that have been givin me a fit lately.Arms goin numb,headaches,chest hurtin.Had all kinds of tests the last month.Docs gonna do an epidural cortizone shot this evening.Praying this helps.Shoot i havent been able to shoulder a rifle the last 2 weeks and work is miserable.Thank you my brothers.

I had a ruptured disc a few years ago. No fun. I know some of what you are going through.
I had therapy but no shots and everything has been back to normal for several years.

I hope that you are aware that only about 30% of patients experience relief from cortisone shots. Please don't let your doctor continue them if you don't has substantial relief within 48 hours of having the injections. My prayers are with you because I was in the same boat with my lower back. If you require surgery go to a neurosurgeon and not an ortho-doc. Again, experience.

I know what you're going through, Hawken, with that numbness, leg weakness, headaches and miserable back pain. It stopped my athletic career in it's tracks just a few years ago; been there, still there. You have my prayers.

Sorry to hear of your back problems, Glad to hear you have used a chiropractor. Many times a simple adjustment or two will keep you truckin. Of corse there are times when the damage prevents this process and the only option is more severe medical treatment.
I,d offer to help with the "jug" but the meds I,m on woh,t allow it. Sounds like you have plenty of volunteers.

Hawken, sorry to hear about your back problems! I know from experience they can be hard to deal with. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. And as for the jug, don't worry you ain't to far up the road from me that I can't share. Got a good supply of Carolina shine for medicinal purposes and that would qualify as a medicinal use. And if we run low a supplier that keeps me stocked up.
thmbsup Thanks for the prayers all.A lttle update.Backs doin a lot better........Chest is still doin weird things that nobody knows what to do about.Bonepopper has no idea,medico's think i also pulled cartlidge loose in my sternum.Can pop my sternum like poppin knuckles.First time that happened i thought i was goin under.Docter at horsepistol says may take as much as a year to a year and a halfvto heal if it heals at all.

Thanks Crazell.Dont look like much huntin this year.Also both my job and Lady Hawkens are makin us work all day Thanksgiving day.What a bummer.Weve both gotta work all weekend too.
