Copied your recipe, may have to give it a try this weekend. I'm thinking Evan Williams Honey Bourbon added in would taste good. Along with crumbled toffee and swirled caramel on the top. One question though. The eggs added in, are they whole eggs or egg whites only? One recipe I have is for egg whites, no yolks.

Whole eggs,     bourbon , toffee, caramel  sounds yummy,  Think I've made about as many different kinds as can think of.  The  usual fruit ones. pumpkin is good and so is a dutch apple, made one for friend daughter, bannana split.  said it just like the one at cheese factory, but cheaper!  I don't do the unbaked ones but have some good recipes. Supposidly trick to keep from cracking - cool it slow, don't over beat with to much air.  Just think it one of those things that work sometimes and don't others, what's a crack for something from the oven made with lovin.  Hope you all enjoy.  Will post some more later if interest.  Just the plain one freezes real good and then can top with fresh fruit, or icecream toppings , etc.

Started mine a little differently----open gallon of milk...add some to your coffee...let sit out a while..remember to put back  in fridge...go on vacation ------------come home look at milk....place dish towel in colander.pour in milk...let drain for 3 days...remove towel and squeeze a little more liquid out......then use to make cheese cake..comes out great, but is a little time consuming...
guess that's really making from scratch..

Doug.
