If like me you have your leg vice set up s you can move it form one spot to another. DO NOT leave the jaws open! As most of you know most leg vices are opened by a flat spring and not by screw. All this just to say if the jaws are not tight they will bite you.
How to I know? Well I have nice chunk of meat missing form the heal of my hand.
Are you listening Badger
Thats sound advice Old Salt. Did this happen recently? Are you okay?

I hear and understand pnic You know how I feel about pain... it is for others not me.... :mini-devil-28492: whipping
It happend about a week and a half ago. I am fine now, just still mad about it, as
this was
not the first time.
Just trying to keep others from doing the same dumb thing.
Thanks for asking
I hear ya, the last time I was bumbling around my forge area I noticed how little room I have left. Lotsa ways to get hurt, sage advice my friend. By the way if you want, I need said leg vice, you can send me that biter and I'll deal with it. ;D
That may not be a good idea. Even if I were to give you the vice and you paid the shipping. It will weigh 200 and 250 lbs. you would be better off checking some of the farm and estate sales. Will be a lot cheaper
OH yeah didn't think of that, it's a big boy hdslp
