now im bein told i have to have a permit to be able to sell a few things on my site. they dont need a permit on craigslist
Trust me, you don't need no stinkin' permit...
just look at the state website that governs sales and use permits - it should have the rules and regulations posted or linked so you can look at them and decide if you need a permit
