Title: cabin fever cookin
Post by: Bulldog lady on February 04, 2011, 06:04:26 AM
[hmm]  wonderin with  some of us bein stuck indoors for going on 3-5+ days , anyone come up with some old forgotten recipes or new stuff with what ya had  on hand?

browned a pork loin roast, threw some drained kraut, little water and put it in the dutch oven - damn tasty, and tender- can put any sauce on left overs as kraut didn't do much more than tenderize and add a little (mild) flavor.

We are all suffering from the snow/ice - no doubt about it, but the game is still on it is being played in Dallas and they are playin inside so should be no issue -  The can't call the game on account of snow it would be a national crisis.... hmmm nope won't go there.....
